I had an overall excellent experience! Dr. Tasha Ward was great in giving me my eye exam, she is very kind, patient and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had regarding my vision. Adrian Garza was very professional, helpful and went above and beyond assisting me with finding a cool pair of glasses. Adrian also recommended options for my new glasses to best suit my needs. Highly recommend Palys and Associates!!

I truly enjoy Dr Agnes Palys' thorough exams and attention to detail regarding my annual eye-exam. My eyes are of the utmost importance to me which is why I have been going to see Dr Palys for the last 19+ years! Also, the lady technicians are very knowledgeable in the selection of covered and non-covered glass and frame options which allows me to decide if I want to splurge or stay within the allowed budget. To date, its been a most pleasant experience for me!

5 stars is rare for me. After several years of getting the run-around all over town, I ended up getting amazing service right here in the neighborhood. If you are a seasoned citizen with sensitive skin like me, ask for Johnny Gonzalez. He took the time for a thorough review of my history, measured my face, and reviewed all the frames that might work. Once we narrowed it down to a final choice, he took extra time to make sure I left the office with a comfortable pair of glasses. It's amazing how a few minutes spent with the right person can make the difference for a lifetime of comfort. Thank you for your outstanding service.

IF I could give them ten i would. I have had bad experiences with all sorts of doctors but this place blew me away. I walk in and everyone is smiling, i talk to the front desk person and she was sweet and amazing. Made the check in part of the morning easy and quick. Then the nurses (ik theyre not but thats how i see them) take me in the back to do those pesky tests and the two i had were easy to chat with and super sweet. Then they moved me to the doctor part and he was so funny. He let me know that he was a student, and we talked about his schooling and he was super quick and to the point. He explained everything to me in a way that i didnt feel stupid or that he was condensing which is a nice change for me. This kid will go far for sure. Then i went to the glasses place and sat down with one of their consultants. Now in the past i have never had a good experience with this part HOWEVER at this place the lady was perfect. I express what my needs were and she helped me find two frames that looked good on me. Do I plan on bringing my husband and daughter here? Absolutely. Do i plan on referring people to this place? Yes, i am here now writing a novel on how i felt about this place. Thanks yall

I went to pick up badly needed glasses. I was late. I had the hours wrong. My wife was taking a picture of the hours on the door . The manager came out and my wife explained she was going out of town. I'm disabled so there would be no one to take me to pick them up. The manager invited us in and a wonderfully kind staff worker gave me my glasses adjusted them cleaned them. Thank you so much!
